Job Summary
Production-focused leadership role planning and scheduling production based on monthly forecasts; driving process optimization, scale-up of new products, line utilization, and KPI adherence; coordinating with Planning, Purchase, Maintenance, and Engineering to maximize plant efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure quality and compliance. Responsible for SAP-based production documentation, deviation control, corrective/preventive actions, safety/environmental compliance, and participation in QMS/EMS initiatives; requires extensive experience in chemical manufacturing, production planning, SAP PP/MM, and familiarity with lubricants chemistry.
Required Qualifications
- BE (Chemical Engineering) or MSc Chemistry
- 7 – 10 years of chemical industry experience
- Experience in leading Operators and staff
- SAP PP and MM module experience
- Siemens PCS 7 operations and troubleshooting
- Knowledge about production process in general
- Good experience in production planning and scheduling
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of lubricants chemistry
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
