Job Summary
Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest and resolve concerns calmly while maintaining standards for hospitality and cleanliness. Support the Store Manager and Kitchen Manager with daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including opening, closing, and shift-management duties. Lead employees with a positive attitude, assist with training and coaching, and step into any position when additional support is needed. Maintain a respectful workplace by communicating clearly between teams and helping employees stay organized during busy periods. This hands-on role requires standing, lifting items, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment to create community through good food, great coffee, and awesome hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience
- Manager Food Handlers and TABC or ability to obtain one
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
- Ability to lift and carry items commonly used in restaurant operations
