Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. Maintain high standards, provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensure regular onsite attendance, manage the food program, demonstrate leadership and urgency, and lead a team through planning, organization and communication. Related skills include delegation, teaching and motivating others, problem solving, cash-handling, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
