Job Summary
Conduct equipment selections within time bounds based on customer information. Review blueprints, tenders, and Bill of Quantities to prepare accurate technical proposals. Generate data sheets, compliance statements, and material submittals matching industry codes. Perform thermal load calculations, airflow analysis, and capacity assessments to optimize mechanical system performance. Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, translating business requirements into feasible designs. Maintain detailed documentation including design specifications, as-built drawings, and maintenance manuals. Apply psychometrics, heat load analysis, AutoCAD, and AHU selection tools to support custom builds and coordinate with production teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience
- HVAC knowledge
- Airside products knowledge (Fan wall units / Air Handling Units / CRAH etc)
- Proficiency in psychometrics
- Heat load analysis
- AutoCAD
- AHU selection tools
- Basic understanding on the Data Centre airside products requirements and applicable standards
- Knowledge about Eurovent and AHRI certification
- Conduct thermal load calculations
