Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations, and manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Train and develop non-management staff while demonstrating product knowledge to drive sales and build visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision-making, protect store assets, control inventory, and fulfill omnichannel orders using point-of-sale systems. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture in a fast-paced environment. Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates and styling recommendations to support store efficiency and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
