Asst Machine Operator

Set up equipment accurately using proper and safe techniques, inspecting all tooling before and after runs to minimize material, ink, and adhesive waste. Assist the Machine Operator in running machinery at available capacity while performing continuous quality control checks on size, scoring, slotting, printing, and folding. Submit maintenance work orders for needed repairs and complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups. Provide recommendations to optimize schedules for cost, quality, and service goals while abiding by company policies and safe work habits. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
