Job Summary
Process all guest check-ins by verifying identity, assigning rooms, and issuing keys while securing payments and adjusting billing. Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, and compile daily reports and contingency lists. Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees while serving as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy. Welcome guests, address service needs, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to supervisors. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
