Asst Inventory Control Mgr

Manage inventory control department processes to ensure product availability and safety for resale. Produce and analyze product reports to optimize operational efficiency, including running daily reports for associates and resolving discrepancies between system and physical counts. Coordinate inventory checks, quality assurance, and recalls across CICS, KBIT, and Seneca systems while ensuring compliance with FDA and USDA guidelines. Monitor dead and damaged inventory, establish reorder points with purchasing, and organize branch inventory counts to reduce shrink loss. Oversee Inventory Control and Returns Associates, including scheduling, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions. Support the Inventory Control Manager with month-end closing, payroll monitoring, and strategic planning. Maintain accurate product data, coding, and return procedures to ensure balanced online and physical inventory levels.
