Job Summary
Asst. Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance and repairs on plant equipment; supports Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to reduce downtime; analyzes problems, inspects and tests machinery, and ensures safety through Lock-out/Tag-out procedures; maintains records of work performed and communicates across departments; requires own tools, ability to pass drug screen, and full-time on-site work in Lake Panasoffkee, FL; 2 years industrial maintenance experience preferred with welding and PLC experience considered advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical Knowledge preferred
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong electrical background preferred
- PLC experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods, climb, etc.
