Job Summary
Extracurricular assistant football coach with responsibilities including team supervision at practices and contests, coaching and conditioning, maintaining eligibility forms, promoting sportsmanship, and public relations to present a positive image of the school athletics program. Requires the ability to work with students, coaches, administrators, and parents, and to attend practices/contests, adhere to district policies, and pursue professional growth through classes and clinics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to work with students, coaches, administrators and parents
- One year experience coaching specific sport or participation in a college or high school program specific to that sport, and multiple years playing at Varsity or College level
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, concussion certification, and cardiac arrest certification.
