Job Summary
Asst. Food & Beverage Manager oversees F&B/culinary operations, ensures guest and employee satisfaction, maintains standards and meets financial goals. Responsibilities include creating a motivated, service-driven environment, coaching staff, delivering excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns, upholding brand service culture, and supporting the GM with audits and compliance. Requires coursework or degree in hospitality/food service management and relevant F&B experience; emphasizes leadership, teamwork, continuous improvement, and achieving quality service across dining venues and events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
