Job Summary
Prepare and submit proposals for tender enquiries, while interacting regularly with customers to identify current and future requirements. Attend technical, commercial, and price negotiation meetings, and liaise with branches to follow up on ongoing projects and submissions. Identify prospective new customers and promote new product lines to expand sales scope. Submit periodical MIS reports to management and correspond with customers and OEMs regarding technical and commercial matters on active projects. Requires a minimum of five years in Marine Navigation or Industrial products dealing with government tenders, located in Mahape (Navi Mumbai).
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication/Electronics/Instrumentation
- MBA (preferred if available)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Marine Navigation / Industrial products dealing with Government tenders and procurement
- Must have demonstrated high managerial skills
- Requires a high level of planning and organization skills
- Requires strong interpersonal skills & Communication skills
- Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork
- Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of decisions overall in the company
- Must be able to prioritize responsibilities to handle a demanding workload
- Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be able to anticipate internal client needs
- Must have thorough Computer knowledge including Excel
- Mahape (Navi Mumbai, Thane candidates preferred)
