Job Summary
Asst. Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) supporting the Director of Nursing Services to identify, contract with, monitor, and evaluate clinical adjunct faculty; visit clinical sites to support ABSN student learning; align clinical experiences with course/program outcomes; serve as first point of contact for clinical personnel issues; mentor new adjunct faculty on clinical teaching, grading, and conferences; coordinate orientation/training for clinical faculty; verify clinical compliance and ensure timely completion of faculty and student evaluations; may have teaching responsibilities in lab or clinical courses.
Required Qualifications
- MSN degree from an NLN or CCNE-accredited institution
- active, unencumbered Florida Nursing License
- minimum of two years’ experience in clinical nursing practice or an acute care setting
- classroom and clinical teaching experience in nursing program within last five years
- demonstrated proficiency with technology
