Job Summary
Lead the Energy Sustainability department by building solutions for the regional Energy Market and developing new products in HVAC, automation, and controls. Formulate technical solutions for clients, providing deep analysis and holistic improvement plans for HVAC plants while supporting sales teams with value propositions. Establish organizational templates, standards, and discipline to enhance team efficiency, then train technical professionals and manage departmental budgets. Identify capabilities for the next 5-10 years and advise management on future strategies using the latest technologies. Work Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, with a requirement for an Engineering Degree, 10-15 years of HVAC experience, and SCEM certification.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree
- minimum 10-15 years of strong technical experience in HVAC area
- Experienced in managing senior level customer in technical presentation and communication
- Strong operational experience on HVAC
- Strong ability to handle difficult operational situations
- SCEM certified
- Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

- EEOA and Green Mark certifications
