Job Summary
Coordinate inclusive student programming, advise cultural organizations, and provide programmatic support for cultural houses and international student initiatives. Collaborate with departments to create professional development opportunities for underrepresented, first-generation, and non-traditional students while serving as an intercultural life peer educator. Assist with evening, weekend, and holiday programming, and participate in the campus-wide duty rotation for after-hour emergency responses. Co-chair the College Day of Dialogue Committee and facilitate International Student Programs including workshops and seminars.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field
- A bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in higher education

- Demonstrated commitment to the development and implementation of cultural engagement, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Proven ability to work with diverse faculty, staff, and students
