Asst Dir-Food & Beverage

Provide leadership and direction to all Food and Beverage outlets and staff, including Restaurants, In Room Dining, Café Services, and Beverage outlets. Monitor daily activities and performance of management and service teams while verifying operational policies, HACCP, OSHA, and regional Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines. Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in developing the strategic plan, managing budget administration, forecasting, inventory, and cost control. Manage the development of the outlet management team and create marketing and promotional opportunities to draw clientele from the local market. Interview, select, train, and appraise employees; conduct annual performance evaluations and career planning. Maintain consistency across all areas of operations, research market trends, and ensure proper training in sanitation, food safety, and customer service.
