Job Summary
Lead and manage the property's finance and accounting functions, developing and executing strategic financial plans aligned with brand and property goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow management, and profitability analysis; oversee audits and internal controls; provide analytical support for annual operating plans; communicate financial concepts to owners and stakeholders; and lead a finance team to achieve performance targets while ensuring compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
- Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
- 1 year experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area
- Experience leading finance & accounting teams
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
