Job Summary
Asst. Customer Service Officer role focusing on end-to-end order processing and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include handling orders, checking fulfillment status, timely follow-up on inquiries via phone, email, and fax, addressing customer complaints, building collaborative relationships with customers, identifying potential sales opportunities, supporting team sales targets, adherence to service standards and company policies, participating in quality, safety, and 5S initiatives, and training/mentoring new employees. Requires college diploma or above and 2+ years in customer service or order-following roles; proficient in English; strong communication, problem-solving, data processing, and interpersonal skills; willingness to support cross-department projects and training.
Required Qualifications
- 大专及以上学历
- 2年以上相关行业工作经验
- 英语听说读写熟练
- 熟悉Windows办公软件(Word, Excel)
- 具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心
- 良好的表达能力和沟通能力
- 有一定分析问题能力、协调能力、问题处理能力及危机意识
- 能独立处理紧急问题/事件
- 具备辅导/培训新员工经验者优先
