Job Summary
Directly own and manage the daily accounting operations for the US market, while supporting Canada and Mexico entities as needed. Lead a high-performing team across Revenue/AR, AP, and Payroll; streamline month-end close cycles; optimize multi-entity consolidations; spearhead SAP S/4 HANA implementation. Partner with corporate finance leadership to transform accounting processes, internal controls, and policies. Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 805 business combinations, oversee monthly consolidations across 5+ entities and 4 currencies, and deliver clear operational P&Ls. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Tech to translate numbers into strategic insights; coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure statutory compliance. Experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365) and a background in public/company accounting is highly valued.
