Job Summary
Assist Community Manager with on-site management of The Junction in Greensboro, NC, including directing leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff; maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys; complete and supervise weekly activity reports, rental applications, and recording of rental and leasing information; assist in reporting and recording resident requests; support renewal and retention programs; handle rent collection and delinquency tracking; provide required reports; perform other tasks as assigned; requires knowledge of tax credit and HUD/Section 8 programs, with 1-2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience, and completion of background screening and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience required
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required
- Knowledge of tax credit is required
- HUD/Section 8 is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong customer service
- Full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines
