Asst Clinical Coordinator

The Assistant Clinical Coordinator oversees the flow of online clinical students through the approval process, provides initial approval of Clinical Placement during onboarding, maintains student records and documentation to align with policies and CCNE requirements, guides students through the placement process, and notifies the Graduate Clinical Director when submissions are complete. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation for contracts and affiliation agreements, ensuring clinical rotations meet the 50% NONPF mentored preceptorship threshold, performing regular audits of files and systems, communicating with nursing students and stakeholders, and managing forms for clinical site visits. The role works with the Graduate Clinical Director and academic leadership to support an excellent student learning environment, with duties performed in Savannah, GA, in a primarily in-person/administrative setting, and may involve online components as part of the program.
