Job Summary
The Assistant Clinical Coordinator oversees the orchestration and ongoing enhancement of the clinical site visit coordination for graduate nursing students, coordinating with the Graduate Clinical Director, academic leadership, university agents, and students to ensure approved documentation aligns with CCNE requirements and program priorities. Responsibilities include managing the flow of online clinical students through the approval process, providing initial Clinical Placement approvals during onboarding, communicating with nursing students and stakeholders, maintaining accurate student records, auditing files and systems, guiding students through placement and application material preparation, ensuring proper documentation for contracts and affiliation agreements, supporting rotations to meet the 50% NONPF mentor-preceptorship threshold, and reviewing Campus Vue activity to verify appropriate clinical rotations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong planning/scheduling skills, superior communication and proofreading abilities, advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent interpersonal and customer-service orientation, organization and prioritization, analytical/problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. The work environment emphasizes confidentiality and professional communication across in-person and digital channels. The posting notes hourly compensation with a pay range of $21.69–$27.12 per hour. Required Qualifications
