Job Summary
Follow adopted policies and procedures in accordance with School Board priorities while conducting oneself in the best interest of students to support the District's Mission Statement. Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including drug testing and background screening requirements. Submit to a mandatory Post Offer Employment Physical Demand Test to verify capability for physically demanding functions. Maintain records as designated by the Superintendent and School Board Policy 3.10.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a mandatory Post Offer Employment Test
- Complete a background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
- Meet the Word per Minute (WPM) requirement for the given position
- Provide proof of eligibility for Veteran's Preference if claiming
- Complete a claim form and provide documentation for Veteran's Preference
- Contact the school principal or the department's director by telephone within 1 business day of submitting the job application online if claiming Veteran's Preference
