Job Summary

Associate Professor or Assistant Professor in speech-language pathology; full-time, 9-month, tenure-track on-campus role at the University of Wyoming. Primary responsibilities encompass sustaining an active research program, teaching courses, and performing service. On-campus presence is required for teaching and associated duties. The position offers a competitive salary and startup package, with eligible candidates considered for the Maggie and Dick Scarlett Chair in Speech-Language Pathology at the Associate rank. DESIRED qualifications include expertise in dysphagia, cognitive communication disorders, voice disorders, craniofacial disorders, stuttering, and speech/hearing science. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree and meet tenure-track criteria; starting review is 10/1/2026 and will continue until filled.

Required Qualifications

  • Earned doctorate in speech-language pathology or related discipline
  • Evidence of independent research productivity and publications
  • Evidence of promise for scholarly achievement and potential for high-quality teaching
  • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with Driving for University Business SAP
