Job Summary
Engage mall shoppers and follow the complete sales process, utilizing the CRM tool to build a network of prospective clients. Generate awareness within the mall environment while delivering personalized, unbiased advice to customers. Manage inventory operations including receiving, labeling, and securing products, alongside daily tasks such as opening and closing the kiosk and maintaining cleanliness standards. Process transactions through cash and point-of-sale systems while adhering to all policies and procedures. Work evenings and weekends during mall hours, adapting to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends)
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
- Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system
- Consent for criminal background checks
