Measuring and executing in-store merchandising initiatives as a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEAs) at The Home Depot, including planogram maintenance, display/setup, price-label updates, bay service tasks, and providing customer-focused support across departments. Responsibilities include reading and implementing project instructions, building displays with basic tools, maintaining signage and signage materials, using store systems to access merchandising reports, performing one-off projects per guidance from store/district leadership, and collaborating with store leadership and associates to ensure products are presented visually and fulfill customer needs. Requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, safety adherence, and the ability to work in a team within a warehouse-like retail environment. Minimum education: GED/High School Diploma or equivalent; 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Location: Boisbriand, QC, Canada; Part-time, temporary role with no relocation specified.
