Freight Team Associate (Temps partiel) at The Home Depot in Boisbriand, QC. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise onto shelves to ensure 100% stock, packing-out and packing-down merchandise, merchandising new items and promotions, maintaining clean and accessible aisles, organizing overheads, and coordinating with freight team members. Operates reach trucks, forklifts, and order picker machines to move merchandise to the sales floor; packs orders carefully to prevent damage and labels/places orders into specified holding areas. Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering the Get Model of Customer Service, greeting and assisting customers, and asking open-ended questions about projects as needed. Maintains safety and security by moving freight safely, ensuring shopper flow, and following safety and loss prevention policies. Requires ability to climb ladders up to 12-16 feet, flexible schedule including overnight/evenings/weekends, and prior retail or distribution experience is asset.
