Job Summary
Coordinate warehouse inspections for Club accounts by reviewing, approving, and uploading inspection reports into the VAS Tracker system. Inspect master cartons, prepare inspection reports, and communicate decisions while issuing chargebacks for quality-related non-compliance. Submit all relevant documentation and non-conformity notices to suppliers and internal teams. This Associate, Quality Control role supports Centric Brands' Montreal office within a lifestyle brand collective managing over 100 iconic labels across apparel, beauty, and entertainment.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
- Experience in the apparel industry.
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- English is required for this position as the incumbent will be required to interact with our overseas offices and manufacturing facilities.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Flexible with strong problem-solving abilities.

Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
