Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales in furniture, technology, and supply aisles. Establish and meet sales and margin targets with store leadership. Interact with clients to anticipate future needs, process transactions using the point-of-sale system, and resolve complex situations or escalate to supervisors. Maintain operational excellence by adhering to merchandising standards, planograms, and safety policies. Keep the store environment clean and secure through dusting, product restocking, and ensuring demonstration units function properly. Requires 3–12 months of retail sales experience.
