Job Summary
Ground Operations Associate supports day-to-day logistics operations, tracking shipments, updating systems, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes. Responsibilities include monitoring shipments with tracking systems, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, providing real-time updates to internal teams, accurately entering details into client portal software, delivering excellent service to carriers by phone and email, escalating unresolved issues promptly, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires minimum 1 year of data-entry experience, strong written/spoken communication, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and bilingual English/French; fluency in English is mandatory due to interaction with Canadian and U.S. staff.
