Count and record inventory with precision, following a clear workflow while moving between locations on foot. Meet daily performance goals to qualify for productivity-based wage increases up to $4.00/hour over nine months. Stand and walk for extended periods, lifting items up to 25 lbs, while learning handheld scanners or count tools. Maintain reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude in a safe, inclusive environment. No inventory experience required; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
