Job Summary
Oversee the Association Maintenance Department at RiverCamps, ensuring maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems and equipment to the highest standard. Responsibilities include supervising and directing department personnel, managing inventory of parts and tools, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs across pools, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related facilities, assisting with hiring/training staff, supervising custodial and maintenance teams, coordinating warranty-type repairs with contractors, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA and local codes). The role calls for inspecting equipment, tracking work orders, and ensuring proper operation of pooled/recreational facilities and common areas. Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and a Certified Pool Operator certificate plus a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pool Operator certification
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in facilities management or related properties (preferred)
