Job Summary
Rollback Operators in SC/NC/GA are responsible for securing, storing, and transporting collateral, communicating with the office and providing detailed progress updates in the field. The role requires defensive driving skills, English reading/writing ability, and personal transportation. Availability for some days, nights, and weekends is noted, with consideration for a schedule that suits both the employee and Associates Asset Recovery. Compensation ranges from $30K to $70K per year, with salary and benefits packages.
Required Qualifications
- Previous rollback/flatbed experience
- Ability to display professional work behaviors and defensive driving skills
- At least 23 years of age with a good driving history
- Ability to work without direct supervision but able to answer to remote management
- Must be able to read and write in English at a reasonable level to communicate with employees, customers, and clients.
- You must have personal transportation to and from work
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Excellent observation skills where you always put the safety of self and the public as a priority
