Job Summary
Provide leadership for the Junior High ministry on weekends and Wednesdays while recruiting, developing, and coaching volunteer leaders. Build healthy community groups where students are known, challenged, and discipled, and teach youth gatherings as assigned. Execute the overall vision of the Youth Ministry by identifying areas for improvement, taking ownership of projects from beginning to completion, and creating systems that allow ministry to grow. Assist in planning and executing events, camps, retreats, and special services, ensuring every new student and family receives intentional follow-up. Maintain ministry systems including attendance, communication, and volunteer processes, track metrics, and respond promptly to emails and texts. Manage ministry budgets, supplies, and administrative needs while partnering with Youth staff to create an excellent experience for students and families.

- Passion for reaching and discipling the next generation
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading volunteers and building healthy teams is preferred
