Job Summary
Associate, Workforce Operations will translate strategic workforce plans into executable, venue-specific operations for Games Time workforce services across designated Olympic/Paralympic venues. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing models, workforce services, scheduling, rostering, and logistics for paid staff, contractors, and volunteers; acting as main point of contact for workforce planning across venue clusters; collaborating with Event Venue Management, Transport, Food and Beverage, Uniforms, Volunteer Management, and other functional areas; overseeing operational readiness, workforce topics related to labor law and best practice; managing workforce troubleshooting, service escalations, and daily briefings; transitioning to a venue-based role at Games Time; and maintaining workforce planning tools and reporting for informed resourcing decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in event operations.
- Experience leading venue-based teams beneficial.
