Job Summary
Associate attorney with 4-8 years’ experience in workers’ compensation to join Weber Gallagher in New Jersey offices (Mt. Laurel or Bedminster) in a hybrid capacity. Responsibilities include analyzing complex legal and factual issues, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, handling written discovery, participating in court hearings and trials, and communicating with clients, the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel while meeting deadlines. Travel for court and client meetings is required.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- NJ active and good standing bar license
- 4-8 years of experience in workers’ compensation matters
- strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- excellent communication skills
- demonstrated interest in workers’ compensation law
