Job Summary
Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements, and represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, manage client relationships and caseloads with supervision, and assist in motion practice and trial representation as necessary. Maintain billable hours and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment requiring strong time management and organizational skills. This remote position offers a salary range of $70,000-$150,000 and includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a matching 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school
- Active license in good standing in New York
- Active license in good standing in New Jersey
- Workers' Compensation experience
