Job Summary

Manage WinP Signature and MaIN events, overseeing planning, execution, and liaison with award families for the WinP Awards process. Lead the Impact365 Giving Society, Pomegranate Giving Society, and K'sharim programming by identifying strategic engagement opportunities to steward donors and increase Federation participation. Serve as development officer for a portfolio of donors, including dedicated individuals and Coaching Circles participants, while soliciting assigned prospects and cultivating new potential givers. Manage a team of volunteer solicitors by providing updates, information, and motivation to complete their solicitations. This full-time role reports to the Senior Director, Women IN Philanthropy within the Campaign division. The position requires a project manager with a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, ideally in Jewish community fundraising.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues and partner effectively with departments across the organization
  • Strong relationship building skills with colleagues and donors
  • Self-starter and comfort managing up
  • Comfort with donors from a variety of backgrounds
  • Commitment and passion for soliciting and raising funds to meet the growing needs of the community
  • Act as a team player
  • Creative problem-solving skills and focus on being solution oriented
  • Excels at operating independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and keep tasks moving at expected pace
  • Experience and comfort with CRM systems, data analytic tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
