Job Summary

Support digital business performance by driving revenue, conversion, and engagement against forecast and business goals. Build, maintain, and optimize product detail pages, category pages, and site experiences to enhance product discoverability and customer engagement. Execute merchandising strategies across homepage, category, search, navigation, and promotional channels to align with business priorities. Analyze business performance, customer behavior, and site metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners. Create reporting and business insights to improve visibility into performance trends while conducting competitive analysis to monitor market and digital commerce trends. Partner with Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Operations teams to support alignment and successful execution of key initiatives. Monitor site performance across desktop, mobile, and app experiences to proactively identify issues and implement solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, digital marketing, retail, or a related business function
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
  • Experience using web analytics and reporting tools to evaluate business performance and customer behavior
  • Understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, product data, and the relationship between backend systems and the customer-facing web experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, anticipate challenges, and contribute to solutions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment with changing priorities and new opportunities
  • Self-motivated, curious, and action-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results
  • This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office
