Job Summary
Service virtual client relationships by supporting 2–4 Wealth Advisors in deepening and retaining accounts while delivering customized financial planning and addressing foundational portfolio needs. Manage client outcomes through prioritization of urgency, risk, and impact, communicating status and next steps to ensure timely service delivery. Demonstrate proactivity by anticipating advisor needs and adjusting to evolving client requirements within a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment. Work on-site in specified locations. Gain mentorship and coaching in client relationship management, asset allocation, and consultative communication through the Wealth Management Institute.
Required Qualifications
- Prioritization Management: Ability to evaluate urgency, risk, and impact while clearly communicating status, expectations, and next steps to clients and Wealth Advisors to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
- Proactivity: Demonstrates initiative by anticipating needs, identifying next steps early, and taking ownership to move work forward.
- Coachability: Actively seeks, receives, and applies feedback, asking thoughtful questions and adjusting communication and behaviors to continuously improve client service and advisory support.
- Adaptability: Adjusts effectively to changing priorities, evolving client needs, and new information in a virtual advisory environment.
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 (ability to obtain within a 120-day condition of employment)
- Understands core investment products and markets
- Applies regulatory and client‐facing fundamentals

Desired Qualifications
- Experience servicing client relationships in financial services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
