Job Summary
Establish new client relationships while providing advisory services and support to existing clients. Deliver financial guidance, promote suitable investment strategies, and coordinate client service activities to ensure exceptional client experiences. Handle all client communications, including phone calls, emails, and meetings, and gather data for client reviews. Review current investment products to reallocate assets and promote wealth enhancement strategies suitable for targeted clients. Source prospective clients through networking, referrals, and firm-generated leads while maintaining ongoing engagement through client events. Adhere to company and industry supervisory guidelines, participate in daily advisor meetings and training sessions, and obtain necessary licensing within a defined timeframe as a condition of progression.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Active 66, 65, or professional designation which can qualify as registration qualification (e.g. CFP)
- Clean U4 and U5 history
- Strong business development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional client service orientation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Genuine interest in serving and caring for others
- Adhere to company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies
- Maintain all required continuing education and licensing requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one to three years of investment advisory experience
