Job Summary
Manage day-to-day client relationships as the primary service advisor and point of contact, ensuring proactive communication and exceptional client experiences. Prepare for and participate in client meetings by reviewing paperwork, taking notes, and following up on action items. Collaborate with the team to develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial plans, identifying and coordinating solutions across investments, tax, estate, and related planning areas. Maintain accurate client records, support onboarding and account servicing, and assist in executing portfolio rebalancing to meet investment objectives. Begin building Centers of Influence networks through community engagement while offering ideas to enhance team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client service within the financial services industry
Desired Qualifications
- CFP designation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial planning, CRM, portfolio management, and document management software
- Deep understanding of the RIA and independent advice landscape
- Strong financial planning and wealth management skills
