Job Summary

Associate Wealth Advisor 2 role focusing on delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services. Responsibilities include developing, revising, and presenting comprehensive financial plans; creating tax, estate, and insurance planning strategies; identifying advanced planning opportunities; mastering the firm’s investment philosophy and tailoring holistic investment strategies; monitoring client risk tolerance over time; leading development and presentation of financial planning recommendations; supporting portfolio management with trading fundamentals, rebalancing, and tax-loss harvesting; maintaining client relationships, independently leading client communications, and meeting with clients in person as required; documenting client interactions in CRM; performing billing reviews to ensure advisory compliance; collaborating with advisory team members across technology, operations, and business development; contributing to advisory team planning and firm growth; and travel for in-person meetings as needed. Educational and certification requirements include a Bachelor's degree, Series 65 (or equivalent) within 120 days, CFP® preferred, and 4+ years of financial services experience. The role requires proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems, strong analytical skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Series 65 (or equivalent) obtained within 120 days of employment
  • 4+ years of financial services experience
  • CFP® preferred (or equivalent designation such as ChFC® or CPA/PFS)
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning
  • Strong knowledge of investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
  • Team-oriented mindset
