Job Summary
Provide water engineering design support for plant upgrades and lead service line replacements, and deliver wastewater engineering design for retrofits and effluent corrections. Apply standard practices to adjust data and follow established procedures while drafting reports, preparing plans, and assisting with specifications. Work directly with clients to gather data and share information. This role includes a guaranteed seat in Blueprint, an early career leadership program featuring a six-month curriculum on project economics, communication, and leadership fundamentals. Based in any of our 12 offices in Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin, the position supports a people-first culture focused on personalized client attention and team growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience
- relevant internship experience
