Job Summary
Provide water and wastewater engineering design support, including treatment plant upgrades, lead service line replacements, retrofits, and effluent exceedance corrections. Apply standard practices to adjust data, follow established procedures, draft reports, prepare plans, assist with specifications, and support preliminary equipment selections. Work directly with clients to gather data and share information. This role offers a guaranteed seat in Blueprint, an early career leadership program covering professional development, business acumen, and project delivery over six months. Based in any of 12 offices in Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin, the position requires a bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and 2 to 4 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience
- recent grads with relevant internship experience
