Associate / VP – Synthetic Prime Brokerage Client Services

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day operational support for clients on the Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform, managing the full lifecycle of equity swaps from onboarding through trade events like amendments and corporate actions. Perform reconciliations across swap and hedge positions, resolve operational breaks, and produce financing and exposure analysis reports. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives while partnering with Technology on SwapOne enhancements and supporting new product launches. Requires SwapOne and Triana experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and 3–5 years in Prime Brokerage or Client Services. Based in Singapore with 40-hour hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SwapOne and Triana
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in Prime Brokerage, Equity Derivatives Middle Office, Hedge Fund Services, or Client Services
- Solid understanding of equity derivatives, including Total Return Swaps, portfolio swaps, and securities lending
- Experience supporting hedge fund or institutional clients
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting a Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform
- Exposure to platform build-outs, operating model design, or process enhancement initiatives
- Experience in workflow design, controls, and documentation
- Collaboration with Trading, Securities Lending, Risk, and Technology teams on new products or solutions
