Job Summary
Associate, Volunteer Support Services provides frontline volunteer inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems), using approved scripts and FAQs to deliver accurate, timely responses. The role logs, tracks, and updates volunteer cases in CRM, escalates issues per established workflows, and supports accessibility and accommodations inquiries. It supports on-site activities at the Volunteer Experience Center and volunteer events, maintains knowledge-base content and templates, and collaborates with Volunteer Contact Center leadership. Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years in customer service or related roles, with experience working with volunteers and using CRM/ticketing systems. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple requests, and a flexible schedule during peak periods are essential.
