Job Summary
Maintain the brand image in the Boutique by expediting the selling process through mannequin changes, floor replenishment, and display substitutions. Serve as the point of contact for the store during corporate holidays, weekends, and when the VM Lead is unavailable. Support Operations with product prep for floor moves and collection launches, including P Touching display items and updating digital photo files. Keep documentation of window items current for the selling team and assist in implementing events, seasonal installs, and business-driving initiatives. Work independently with minimal supervision to communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising
- Experience in basic computer software and digital photography
- Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major
- Ability to work on a ladder
- Willing and able to lift 30 – 40 lb.
- Able to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL
