Job Summary
Maintain the brand image in the 57th Street Flagship Boutique by expediting the selling process through mannequin changes, floor replenishment, and display substitutions for clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for store VM needs, including product prep for floor moves, collection launches, and digital photo file updates. Keep window item documentation current and assist in implementing seasonal installs, corporate events, and business-driving initiatives. Work independently with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with the boutique selling team and management. Requires full-time in-store presence, flexible scheduling including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a base salary of $28/hour through $31/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising
- Experience in basic computer software and digital photography
- Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major
- Ability to work on a ladder
- Willing and able to lift 30 – 40 lb.
- Able to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
