Job Summary
Acquire, build, and maintain relationships with IFA, MFD, and RIA partners while demonstrating expertise in wealth management products including Debentures, AIFs, PMS, and Mutual Funds. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and risks to identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Drive revenue growth by cross-selling services to existing clients and achieving targets through thorough due diligence on investment products and providers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards. Organize seminars, workshops, and other business development activities to support overall wealth management business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Master's Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Prior experience working in a Wealth Management set up
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with Channel Partners (IFA/MFD/RIA) minimum of 8 years
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, Debentures, AIFs, PMS, MF etc.
- Strong communication sales
- Track record of achieving targets and achieving incentives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM)
